Why Purple?
Life is a blend, not a balance.
If pink represents work and blue represents personal/family, together, they create the color purple.
We live our lives in shades of purple. Some days are more intense or lighter in different areas.
Being aware of your energy and time is helpful to navigate all areas of your life, and make sure there is space for YOU. Your growth, hobbies, interests, rest and relaxation in the midst of being a working mom.
About Me
I am Ashley, a working mom of two boys and a wife in Atlanta, GA. I've spent twenty years in early childhood education and over ten of that specifically in adult education.
Much of this field is comprised of working moms. Passionate educators who want the best for
their students and their families. I've heard story after story of a consistent theme.
Context matters.
Let me explain what I mean-
Life has different seasons,
different demands and different energy and resources are required at different times. The "right" way changed depending on the whole picture (their thoughts, feelings, resources, time, energy). These powerful women grapple with the "right decision, " and so much comes down to context.
I have spent countless hours connecting with teachers all over the United States, helping them discover their passions and career goals and weighing all the areas of their lives in those decisions.
In 2024, I became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a Full Focus Certified Pro to expand my circle beyond education. (if you know me in Atlanta, I am still continuing my "day job" in teacher education!)
