What is it then?
Coaching is a practice where clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life through an ongoing, weekly meetings with a certified professional. This process helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations.
In each weekly, one-hour meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves
the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice.
Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future.
Coaches recognize that results are a matter of the client's intentions, choices and actions, supported by the coach's efforts and application of the coaching process. (source ICF).
It is a space for you to gain clarity on next steps, solutions, your perspective, or closure!
Productivity Coaching can empower and inspire clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation.
Specfically, I want to support working moms transition from living "survival," "reactive," days leading to burnout to intentional, proactive, satisfying days. My mission is for each working mom to feel satisfied, sustained, and inspired in work and life!
Productivity coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives, specifically around productivity.
In a weekly, hour-long coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. You choose your topic and focus each time. As your coach, I will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals, customized to each session.
The length of a coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few months, while others may last a year or more. It is all up to you to decide what you need!
Although individualized, I recommend a 6-12 month investment to see the results that most clients desire.
Yes! I will provide my direct contact information for you to text or email. If it requires a phone call or is more than 10-15 minutes in length, I will ask you to save it until our next session.
It is fully personalized to you and your wants and needs! However, here are some common topics that are brought up for support:
-time management -self care
-dropped tasks -accomplishing short and long term goals
-keeping up with everything - "mom guilt"
-being flexible -staying focused and completing projects
-Transitioning between Work and Home -being productive with interruptions

Resources are also fully personalized to you! However, I can provide literature, articles, books, podcasts, interviews, techniques, strategies, videos etc on the topics you want to explore in between sessions. I can also provide exercises and "homework" if you wish that to be apart of your process.
I offer free and paid webinars and workshops on various topics, monthly newsletters. You are welcome to join and will receive a discount if you are an active client. I can also offer additional webinars to a specific group or speak to a group of women that you know and may benefit! You can also always follow me on my instragram feed as well!
